Fireside Poets

The Fireside poets have had a lasting influence on American literature. These great poets included Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, William Cullen Bryant, John Greenleaf Whittier, mint Russell Lowell, and Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. They ar renowned for their poems being easy to memorized and narrated.
